Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
  • Other areas within South Africa: 3–7 business days
  • Remote/rural areas: 5–10 business days
  • Southern Africa (cross-border): 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)
